Welcome to the Maritime Quarter Horse Youth Association Website!

The Maritime Quarter Horse Youth Association is a program dedicated to the involvement of youth in showing and taking part in activities to encourage and promote the American Quarter Horse.
  Affiliated with the American Quarter Horse Youth Association, which is the largest, single-breed youth association in the world, the MQHYA offers a variety of different programs and activities from showing, trail riding, youth general meetings and many out of show events that make it such a great and successful program.
  MQHA shows are held at the Princess Louise Park Show Center, located in Sussex, New Brunswick. Our shows offer many exciting and fun activities for the youth including MQHA futurity and jackpot classes, evening activities and lots of fund raising programs that all the youth can get involved in. The MQHYA also offers to send competitors to other AQHA affiliated shows located in Maine, Massachusetts's, and even to the All American Quarter Horse Congress located in Ohio and the AQHYA World Championship Show held in Oklahoma.
